Old Maple Floors From The 40s Sanded, Stained & Sealed – Peter did a great job and it only took him 2 days! The floors are now stained to match the rest of the house and barely no dust. My only issue was with the painting of the baseboards which I needed to touch up myself. Also, it would have been nice if the guys who cut and installed the hardwood on the second floor used some kind of tarp to cover and protect the walls.

We took down a wall that was seperating two rooms. Once the wall was down, we had a gap between the floors where the wall use to be. Peter and his helper came in and pulled up specific boards to get the floor to flow flawlessly from one room to the other. We told him we needed it done ASAP and he was able to come the very next morning. He’s very polite, professional and genuine. I will definitely use him again for flooring. Highly recommend him.

Peter and his crew refinished the hardwood on stairs and 3 bedrooms. They were very old and had many nails throughout, but Peter founds a way to sand, stain and verathane them to look terrific. We were very pleased with final result. Price seemed reasonable as well, and job was done very quickly. All in all, a very positive experience.
Pete helped me source oak hardwood floors for my living & dining room, then sanded & stained them to match existing flooring in hallway & stairs. Pete & his crew were great, worked long days to complete as promised & kept dust to a minimum! I went from natural oak floors and stairs to stained gray with a matte finish. Looks great. This is a honest company and it seems like a fair price.
